1) Dimension reduction in high-dimensional normal and spherical statistical inference; 2) EM algorithms for fitting two-level structural equation models and its applications; 3) Graphical methods for detecting non-multinormality and non-spherical symmetry for high-dimensional data; 4) Parametric and nonparametric statisical inference based on representative points and its applications; 5) Testing spherical and elliptical symmetry; 6) Two-level latent variable modeling techniques.
